We offer three main types of products: consulting appointments (‘Services’), digital guides and templates (‘Info Products’), and physical items (‘Goods’).

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may cancel a scheduled session up to 48 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at no extra charge.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Info Products are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once access has been granted.

5.3 Goods

If you purchase a physical item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Restrictions

Users must not misuse the Site or its offerings. Prohibited acts include unauthorised data access, distribution of harmful material, or infringement of third party rights.

7. Proprietary Rights
